Bounce TV is the first ever 24/7 broadcast television network created exclusively for African Americans will launch this fall. The deal includes licensing agreements with NBCUniversal Television, Sony pictures television, Codeblack entertainment and Image entertainment. The network's programming will be made up of movies, sports, specials series and faith based programming. 

Former American Idol winner, Fantasia Barrino overdosed on a cocktail of sleeping pills and aspirin on Monday night. The R&B singer was under extreme stress after receiving court documents from Paula Cook the wife of Barrino's current boyfriend Antwan Cook. According sources Fantasia had no clue that Antwan Cook was married. Apparently he had the singer believing that him and his wife were separated and divorcing which was a surprise to his wife. After months of Barrino romancing and flying Cook around the world his wife Paula finally had it and slapped Barrino with papers claiming she broke up the Cook's marriage. Remember North Carolina is famous for the wife who slapped a mistress with a $1 million dollar lawsuit and won for breaking up her then marriage. Now keep in mind the fact that Cook was married and the wife was disgruntle over the cheating was not a secret. The mess has been on every blog and the only damage control from Fantasia was that her and Cook were friends and some days they were together. Then to prove the point they were just friends she got his name tattooed on her body. What?! But now that the wife is no longer playing their game and served Fantasia with papers now Fantasia decides to be shocked and overwhelmed. Whew! Although Fantasia was “dead wrong” we do feel bad for her. We hope that she gets rest and is able to get back on her feet. In the meantime, she needs to surround herself with a good team that will take care of this kind of stuff before it blows up in her face as it did. And just a word of advice Fantasia next time you meet a married guy and he says he is divorcing get copies of the papers! No papers No Deal! End of Story!

Montana Fishburne, 19 had made her Hollywood debut this week when she released her first porn flick with Vivid Entertainment. You will remember Vivid is the same company that distributed leaked videos on Kim Kardashian and Pamela Anderson. Speaking of Kardashian, Montana explains that the reality star was her inspiration to pursue her dream of being an adult entertainment star. According to Fishburne she has been thinking about it since she was 16. Wow that is young to aspire to be an adult film star. Daddy Fishburne is none too pleased as reports have come out that the two are not speaking. Friends of Fishburne have come out in support of the actor during this difficult time as a father. We feel for Fishburne because it has to be hard when you do all you can for your kids and they go off and make life decisions that you don't understand. Wow! We wish them luck.

Superstar and mom, Jada Pinkett Smith graces the cover of Essence magazine in two separate covers for its July issue. Smith starts a revolution by Baring Her Body & soul for Essence. The issue aims to empower Black women and girls to rejoice in their bodies and celebrate their skin.

Lionsgate, the leading next generation studio and Harpo Films Inc. has announced that they will partner to develop the film, "Will You Be My Black Friend?" The film will star comedian/actor, Chris Rock (Everybody Hates Chris, I think I Love My Wife) who currently has his film "Good Hair" in theaters now.

The film inspired by a true story, a white, married journalist living in Manhattan comes to the unnerving realization one night at a cocktail party that virtually his entire social circle is white. Indeed his entire existence has become steeped in a certain style of "whiteness": a rarefied industry (publishing); a weekend house n the Catskills; yoga; ambient music and seasonal gourmet cooking. With help from the internet a "white guy" sets off on a humorous journey to make "black friends", only to discover that regardless of race, the older you get the harder it is to make friends.

First came the news that reality star Khloe Kardashian and NBA star Lamar Odom were dating now comes the shocker that the two are getting married this Sunday according to all reports. First wasn't Lamar Odom just dating Oscar nominated, Taraji P. Henson? Yes that was only last month, what can we say only in Hollywood. Well according to Kim Kardashian, Khloe's sister the new couple are inseparable. Yeah right for this week. We at I Weekly think something else is at play. For one we think Lamar Odom is trying to go Hollywood  only that could account for dating an Oscar nominee then one of the hottest reality stars. And we are sure it won't hurt to steal some of the (press) oh we mean shine from his teammate Kobe Bryant. What better way to do it then date or marry one of the Kardashian ladies. Does anyone get more press than these Kardashians? Not anyone we know.

Beyonce is back and out with her 4th studio album with the same name. 4 is a softer gentler side of the pop diva. However, despite being Beyonce's most personal and creative CD to date, the earlier released singles have yet to resonate with radio audiences or the charts. Unlike "Crazy In Love" and "Deja Vu" bangers that opened her previous albums 4 which opened with "Girls Who Run the World" hasn't dropped with the same fire.

Despite the lack luster reception, Beyonce's fans are nothing if not loyal and will no doubt propel 4 into the number #1 spot next week on the billboard charts. It helps that there are no other notable releases this week. Although we don't love, love the album we do like singles like "Best I Never Had" currently on radio, Countdown reminds you of true Beyonce, End of Time and I Was Here reminds us of “Halo” or “If I Was a Boy”. We give the album 2 out of 4 stars.

Did America get it wrong? Of course. Did the judges use their save too early? A resounding yes! Come on Jennifer, Steven and Randy you have no one to blame but yourselves for Pia's demise. And if Jennifer and Steven were caught up in the hype of the show where was Randy with seasoned experience and wisdom behind him. Somewhere in la la land it seems.

Anyone who has watched the show over the last nine years know that at some point viewers sleep on their favorites and think they don't have to vote because enough people are voting so their favorite will be safe. This happens every year. That is where the save comes in because in years past whenever this happened or America got it wrong the judges could use their save.

Never in the history of the show has the save been used to put someone into the top 10 which became the top 11. If America did not vote a contestant into the top 10 then why in the world would the judges use a save to put a contestant in the top 10? Especially when your best singers are still in the competition with a long way to go yet. Plus we know that on any night anyone can have a bad night. Bad, bad move judges it showed the lack of experience in using the save so early. And we sorry but you used it for Casey who had been so erratic, even he knew he was gone. And if we had the save he would have been right. So because of the judge's lack of experience, getting caught up in the hype and just plain not thinking two of the best singers ended up in the bottom three with Pia getting the boot. Wow! Can we get a recall on that save?

Tiger Woods finally received some good news and better press. Yesterday AP announced that Woods overwhelmingly won the Athlete of the Decade Award. No one else came close to beating the golfer. Woods has won an unprecedented 56 PGA Tours this decade alone. His earnings from his PGA Tour Events are well over $81,000,000 dollars. Congrats to Tiger!

Before the Holidays some of you may have heard already that Beyonce's parents Matthew and Tina Knowles have separated. Tina filed for divorce recently after a Canadian woman claimed a paternity suit against Matthew Knowles as the father as her unborn baby. The Knowles's have two daughters together, Beyonce and Solange. The couple released a joint statement asking for privacy and declaring there will be no ugly battle between them. They will continue to manage their joint business ventures together.

The other divorce filed at the end of 2009 is that of Tiger and Elin Woods. Elin has filed for divorce from the golfer amid all of the allegations of infidelity against the superstar athlete. There have been no Tiger sightings since his car crash outside of his Florida property. He was last seen gearing up for a cruise on his yacht with some of his guy friends. Others place him in Arizona in a rehab facility in an effort to repair his marriage.
